How to Gua Sha:

The full ritual should only take 3-5 mintues daily.

1. Start with a clean face and apply face oil of choice to face and neck. Make sure hands and the Gua Sha tool are clean.

2. Hold the Gua Sha tool at a 15-45 degree angle against your skin. Use light to moderate pressure.

3. Begin at the neck and work your way up to the face. Use upward strokes, following the contours of your face.

4. Cheekbones and Jawline: Use the longest side of the Gua Sha tool to massage the cheekbones. Start just above the mouth and to the side of the nose, dragging the tool upwards.

5. Forehead:Move the tool in an upward motion starting from your eyebrows to the hairline.

6. End by moving the tool under the ear down the side of the neck to drain the lymphatic system.

Frequency: You can practice this ritual daily or atleast 3x times a week to experience true results.
